Gershman Partners acquired the historic 1930's vacant Kroger Market, turned Double 8 Foods at 46th Street and College Avenue in the fabulous Meridian-Kessler neighborhood at the edge of trendy "SoBro" in 2016.

Kimbal Musk, Partner and Boulder, Colorado based Big Green and The Kitchen Restaurant Group transformed the 46th Street and College structure into the first round of modern farm-to-table (now unfortunately closed) Next Door Eatery, turned ND streetBAR, which ultimately revived the streetscape in the neighborhood and IndyGo's Red Line intersection.
