Located on an historic block in the Massachusetts Avenue District in Indianapolis, Lockerbie Marketplace, is a mixed-use office and retail site that includes four historic buildings, as well as 477 parking spaces.
With approximately 180,000 square feet of space, Lockerbie Marketplace is bounded by Alabama, New York, New Jersey and Vermont Streets. It includes the former Sears building that is now the home of anchor tenant, Needler’s Fresh Market.
Lockerbie Marketplace hosts community-focused events on a monthly basis within the “square” premises of the block. These events range from arts to pop-up social networking events to outdoor movies in the warmer months.
Lockerbie Marketplace is a joint-partnership between Gershman Partners and Citimark, Inc.
Historic Indianapolis gives us all a walk down memory lane, highlighting the start of 333 North Alabama Street in 1929.
