Gershman Partners is planning for a timber-built construction consisting of 48,939 square-feet of rentable Class-A office space with four-stories, including a 1st floor covered parking lot in Indianapolis’ beloved Broad Ripple Village, just west of the Monon Trail. Honoring the timber structure, the building has been named Madera - Spanish for wood.

This modern update to “the Village” hosts high-end lobby & common area amenities, plenty of tenant & guest parking, including 34 covered spaces & 34 uncovered; an indoor bike storage space, and a 4th floor balcony, just to name a few highlights of this eclectic development.

Madera's design features mass timber and cross-laminated wood, with concrete floors on every level. Such a design is rare for larger commercial buildings. The exterior would be wrapped with glass, steel, zinc and other materials. Gershman Partners’ mindset is after T3 Minneapolis, with similar developments in Nashville and Atlanta.
